Your client already has a tenant?  We offer a $300 Referral Fee to any Licensed Realtor who refers us to a client we sign up for Property Management Services.

We GUARANTEE to Return the Referred Client Back to the Referring Realtor when that referred client sells.

***Need to have a disclaimer that referrals are paid when the property commission and fees are paid by owner and received by broker.
